We protect creator sovereignty within the law. We do not protect bad actors. Chatalystar is built so that every piece of adult content traces back to a real, age-verified, consenting adult — and so that records exist if law enforcement, banks, or auditors ever ask.
1. Who can be on this platform
Members must be 18+. Age confirmation at signup and again on first NSFW unlock.
Creators must be 21+. All Stars complete third-party identity verification through Veriff before publishing.
18-20 year-old applicants are placed on a waitlist; we automatically re-open eligibility on their 21st birthday. See why 21+.
Under-18 attempts are counted as a privacy-respecting aggregate (no email, no IP, no identifier) so we can monitor pressure on the gate.
2. How every upload is anchored
Per-vault-session attestation. When a creator unlocks the vault, they sign an EIP-712 typed payload with their wallet that binds (a) their wallet address, (b) a hash of their Veriff session, and (c) the current Creator Agreement version and hash. This proves it is the verified creator — not a stolen session — that opened the vault.
Per-upload binding. Every upload during that vault session is bound to the attestation through an HMAC chain (chain-of-custody). Tamper with any earlier row and the chain breaks — a property an external auditor can verify.
Container & EXIF inspection. Image and video metadata is extracted and stored alongside Sightengine moderation results. Suspicious tooling, missing capture timestamps, or embedded GPS get soft-flagged for the moderation queue.
Sightengine NSFW & minor screening. Two-tier scanning runs on every upload (see our Community Guidelines). Anything flagged minor is hard-blocked and queued for human review.

Chatalystar maintains performer records as required by U.S. federal law for sexually explicit content. See our 2257 Compliance Statement for our records custodian and the procedure for inspection requests.
5. Reporting & takedown
Suspected CSAM or non-consensual content: report@chatalystar.com — handled within hours, escalated to NCMEC where applicable.
We cooperate with valid legal process. Vault session attestations, upload bindings, EXIF metadata, and Veriff verification records are retained per our Privacy Policy and made available to law enforcement on lawful request. We will not retroactively delete material that is subject to a preservation request.
