All sexually explicit visual content depicting actual human performers that is published on Chatalystar (chatalystar.com) is in compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Every human performer ("Star") is age-verified through Veriff before publishing. Chatalystar requires Stars to be at least 21 years of age. AI characters ("Muses" and "Simulated Presence") are fictional adults aged 18 or older; no AI character represents, depicts, or simulates a minor.

The mailing address for records inspection requests is available on written request to the email above. We respond to lawful inspection requests during normal business hours.
For content uploaded by Stars, the Star is the primary records custodian and is required by the Creator Agreement to maintain government-issued ID and signed model releases for every performer depicted. Chatalystar serves as a secondary custodian and reserves the right to demand performer documentation within 48 hours of request.
Content that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct, and content that is entirely AI-generated and does not depict a real identifiable person, is not subject to the recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Such content is nonetheless governed by our Community Guidelines.
