These rules apply equally to uploaded media, AI character prompts, Muses, and Simulated Presence. Attempting to roleplay around them is itself a violation.
1. Zero tolerance
CSAM — any sexual depiction or simulation of a minor, real or fictional, drawn, animated, or AI-generated. Reported to NCMEC.
Non-consensual sexual content — "revenge porn," hidden-camera material, leaked private content, or distribution without informed consent of all depicted parties.
Sexual violence — depictions of rape, coercion, or assault; including AI-prompted scenarios that simulate these acts.
Bestiality — sexual contact with animals, real or simulated.
Incest — sexual depictions between family members, real or simulated.
Non-consensual deepfakes — sexual content using the likeness of a real person without their written consent.
Trafficking & exploitation — content promoting or depicting human trafficking, forced sex work, or sexual exploitation.
2. Always prohibited
Content that violates obscenity laws in the creator's jurisdiction or in the United States.
Drug-use-during-sex content that suggests impaired or absent consent.
Glorification of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Hate-speech or harassment targeting protected classes.
Doxxing, stalking, or sharing another person's private information.
Weapons-trafficking, terrorism promotion, or instructions for serious physical harm.
Copyright infringement and impersonation of real creators or staff.
3. AI-specific bans
Prompting any AI character (Muse or Simulated Presence) to portray a minor.
Prompting any AI character to portray a real person without consent.
Using Simulated Presence to deceive a fan into believing they are speaking to the human Star when the system has labeled the response as AI.
Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass content moderation.
4. Consequences
Zero-tolerance violations result in immediate termination, forfeiture of pending payouts, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement and NCMEC. Repeated non-zero-tolerance violations escalate from warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban. There is no appeal for zero-tolerance violations.
