Why we exist
Chatalystar gives adult creators sovereignty over their work, their identity, and their income — without forcing them through banks, payment processors, or platforms that can deplatform them on a whim. We built it because the existing options either treat creators as disposable inventory or extract a tax that makes sustainable independent work impossible.
Who we serve
- · Verified adult creators (21+) who want a direct line to the people who pay them.
- · Members (21+) who value direct support, privacy, and the absence of dark-pattern monetization.
- · Operators, journalists, regulators, and partners who need a transparent, auditable platform to point at.
What we ship at launch
- · Per-creator identity binding via Veriff government-ID + biometric liveness.
- · Per-upload cryptographic chain of custody (EIP-712 + HMAC).
- · 24-hour SLA on takedown requests — and we publish how often we hit it.
- · Federal-level NCMEC / IWF / StopNCII hash-list integration.
- · Quarterly transparency reports (anonymized aggregates only).
Every layer is documented in the Trust & Safety architecture and the technical white paper.
What we refuse to host
No CSAM. No non-consensual intimate imagery. No content involving real minors, animals, drugs, or violence-eroticization categories enumerated in our Banned Content policy. These are bright lines, not negotiated thresholds. Confirmed matches are removed and, where federally required, reported to NCMEC under 18 USC § 2258A.
How we are accountable
- · A public transparency dashboard refreshed every quarter from the live moderation pipeline.
- · Direct inboxes for trust@chatalystar.com, dmca@chatalystar.com, and le@chatalystar.com with documented SLAs.
- · A structured public removal-request form at /trust/report.
- · Frozen, dated public policy pages so what we said yesterday cannot quietly change today.
