Creator Content Policy

This policy governs all content uploaded to Chatalystar by creators ("Muses"). By uploading content, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. Overview

Chatalystar is an adult fan engagement platform. We allow a wide range of creative and personal content, but we must comply with payment processor requirements (including CCBill), card network rules (Visa/Mastercard), and applicable laws. This policy exists to protect creators, members, and the platform.

All creators must be verified adults (18+). All content must feature verified adults (18+) only. No exceptions.

2. Allowed Content

The following types of content are permitted on Chatalystar, provided they comply with all other sections of this policy:

Photos & Images

Professional and personal photography, selfies, lifestyle images, artistic/erotic photography, cosplay, fashion, and fitness content.

Videos

Personal vlogs, behind-the-scenes footage, tutorials, performances, creative short films, and personal media. Chaos Surge premium videos are also accepted.

Audio

Voice messages, ASMR, music, podcasts, and audio performances.

Written Content

Blog posts, stories, poems, captions, and articles (including SEO articles published through the platform).

Adult Content (18+)

Consensual adult content between verified adults, including nudity, lingerie, suggestive content, solo and partnered content, and fetish content within the boundaries outlined below.

Chataverse Personal Media

Personal photos and videos shared through the Chataverse feature for direct fan engagement and bonding.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

ZERO TOLERANCE — Uploading any of the following will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

3.1 Content Involving Minors

Any sexual or suggestive content involving, depicting, or referencing anyone under the age of 18. This includes real, illustrated, AI-generated, or fictional depictions. All violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

3.2 Non-Consensual Content

Any content depicting, simulating, or glorifying rape, sexual assault, coercion, or non-consensual acts. This includes "revenge porn" and content uploaded without the subject's consent.

3.3 Incest

Any content depicting or simulating sexual acts between family members, whether real or fictional. This includes step-family scenarios and any familial role-play content.

3.4 Bestiality

Any content depicting sexual acts involving animals, including real, fictional, mythological, or AI-generated creatures.

3.5 Extreme Violence & Gore

Content depicting extreme violence, mutilation, snuff, torture, or graphic bodily harm, whether real or simulated, particularly in a sexual or erotic context.

3.6 Scat & Bodily Waste

Content depicting the elimination of bodily waste on or involving another person.

3.7 Pirated & Stolen Content

Content you do not own or do not have explicit permission to distribute. This includes reuploading content from other creators or platforms without authorization.

3.8 Illegal Content

Any content that violates U.S. federal, state, or local law, including content promoting terrorism, drug trafficking, weapons sales, human trafficking, or fraud.

4. Creator Responsibilities

4.1 Identity & Age Verification

All creators must complete third-party identity and age verification (via Veriff) before uploading content. You must be at least 18 years old. Falsifying identity or age information is grounds for immediate termination.

4.2 Content Ownership & Consent

You must own all content you upload or have documented permission to distribute it
If your content features other individuals, you must have their written consent (model releases)
All individuals appearing in content must be verified adults (18+)
You are responsible for maintaining records proving age and consent for all participants

4.3 Record-Keeping (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Creators producing sexually explicit content must maintain records verifying that all performers are adults (18+), in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations. Records must be available for inspection upon request.

4.4 Accurate Descriptions

Content titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails must accurately represent the actual content. Misleading or deceptive labeling is prohibited.

5. Content Classification Tiers

Content uploaded to Chatalystar is organized into classification tiers. Creators must assign the appropriate tier when uploading:

Gravity Well (Free)

Publicly accessible content that draws fans in. Safe-for-work previews, teasers, and engagement content.

Bonus

Additional content available to subscribed or engaged fans. May include more personal or behind-the-scenes material.

Exclusive

Premium content available to top-tier fans or through direct purchase. Higher value, limited access content.

Chaos Surge

Premium video marketplace content. High-production videos available for individual purchase by fans.

Time Capsule

Time-limited content that becomes available or expires based on scheduled dates.

Chataverse

Personal media shared directly with fans for bonding. Snapchat-style personal photos and videos for authentic connection.

All content tiers are subject to the same content policy rules. The tier determines access level, not what content is permissible.

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Chatalystar reviews uploaded content to ensure compliance with this policy. Enforcement actions are based on violation severity:

Content Removal

Content that violates this policy will be removed. You will be notified of the specific violation.

Warning & Temporary Suspension

First-time or minor violations may result in a warning. Repeated violations result in temporary upload suspension (7–30 days).

Permanent Ban & Revenue Hold

Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination. Pending payouts may be held for up to 180 days per payment processor requirements.

Law Enforcement Referral

Zero-tolerance violations (CSAM, illegal content) are immediately reported to NCMEC and/or relevant law enforcement agencies.

7. Payment Processor Compliance

Chatalystar uses payment processors that are subject to card network (Visa/Mastercard) rules. These rules shape our content policy. Specifically:

All content must comply with card network acceptable use policies
Content that causes the platform to lose payment processing capabilities will be removed immediately
Payment processor rules may be stricter than general law — this policy reflects the most restrictive applicable standard
Creators are responsible for understanding and following these guidelines before uploading

8. Reporting & Appeals

8.1 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

In-App: Use the report button on any content
Email: Send details to report@chatalystar.com
Include the content URL, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence

8.2 Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error:

Email support@chatalystar.com with the subject line "Content Appeal" within 14 days of the removal notice
Include your account email, the content in question, and your reasoning
Appeals are reviewed within 5–7 business days
Appeals are not available for zero-tolerance violations (Section 3)

8.3 Minor Protection and User Responsibility

ZERO TOLERANCE: MINOR EXPOSURE

Chatalystar is an adults-only platform. All members are age-verified through identity verification. Regardless of verification status, every user bears sole responsibility for ensuring that no person under 18 is exposed to any content accessed through the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

Securing devices on which the Service is accessed
Never sharing, screenshotting, forwarding, or displaying platform content to minors
Implementing appropriate parental controls and device locks
Controlling the physical environment in which adult content is viewed

Any intentional or negligent exposure of minors to platform content will result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement. See our Terms of Service (Section 8.1) for full legal terms.

If your content has been used without your permission on Chatalystar, or if you believe content infringes your copyright:

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy to reflect changes in payment processor requirements, laws, or platform needs. Significant changes will be communicated to creators via email and platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
